Ms. Kule has worked with Anthony A. Capetola since November 1996. She is a graduate of Queens College of the City University of New York, summa cum laude, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree. Ms. Kule received her Juris Doctor from Hofstra University in 1996, graduating number 9 in her class out of 276, and receiving a diploma with Honorable Distinction.
Ms. Kule devotes her practice to all aspects of Matrimonial and Family Law litigation, including custody/visitation matters, divorce and separation agreements, pre-nuptial agreements, estate planning, and post judgment of divorce enforcement matters. Ms. Kule’s specialty is crisis management and strategic planning, tailoring her representation based upon the specific needs of each case. Ms. Kule views divorce litigation as an extremely important phase in her clients’ lives and she takes each and every step seriously.
Ms. Kule’s main goal is to reach settlement even in the most acrimonious situations. Each client receives Ms. Kule’s full attention, despite her extensive case load and her responsibilities as the most senior associate in the firm. Ms. Kule handles the most complex matrimonial cases handled by the firm and her stellar reputation is well known throughout the matrimonial and family law communities.
