Yury Sakharov

Yury Sakharov serves as an Associate Attorney at the Law Offices of Anthony A. Capetola. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Sakharov worked as a Staff Attorney at the Nassau County Legal Aid Society for over two years.

Mr. Sakharov is a graduate of the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College. After receiving his undergraduate degree in Finance, Mr. Sakharov obtained his Juris Doctorate from the Maurice A. Dean School of Law at Hofstra University in 2012. While in Law School, Mr. Sakharov interned for the Honorable Justice Martin E. Ritholtz. Additionally, Mr. Sakharov interned for the Hofstra Law Child Advocacy Clinic where he represented clients in open Court pursuant to a Student Practice Order of the Appellate Division, Second Department.

While working for the Nassau County Legal Aid Society, Mr. Sakharov represented clients through all stages of complex Family Law litigation from initial intake through trial. Mr. Sakharov primarily focuses on divorces, custody, relocation, family offense proceedings, abuse and neglect proceedings and support proceedings including child support and spousal support.

Mr. Sakharov is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association
